PTSA Sponsorship Levels 

G.W. Carver Middle School PTSA is pleased to offer three new PTSA Member Sponsorship Levels this year.

providing greater options and benefits for our families who are able to contribute financially to the school and our children’s education.

We will also continue to offer the traditional Membership at $15 for parents and $10 for students / teachers.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to adopt a classroom and sponsor a teacher or student.

Upon receipt of your contribution, a letter will be written as a confirmation of your donation, which may be used for tax purposes.

GOLD Sponsorship Level – $500 & Up 

-Five (5) PTSA Memberships 

-Brick engraved with your Family’s name 

-2 Tickets to Friends of Carver Gala 

-$20.00 PTSA Voucher for pizza/smoothie 

-Donors name listed in the school yearbook 

SILVER Sponsorship Level – $250- $449 

-Four (4) Memberships 

-Brick engraved with your Family’s name 

-$15.00 PTSA Voucher for pizza/smoothie 

-Donors name listed in the school yearbook 

BRONZE Sponsorship Level – $150-$249 

-Three (3) Memberships 

-$10.00 PTSA Voucher for pizza/smoothie 

-Donors Name listed in School Yearbook 

Your generous contribution will make it possible for Carver Middle PTSA to continue funding your child’s school activities, teacher’s appreciation week, and to pay for the items listed below: 

-After School Homework Assistance Program 

-Electronic Marquee for Carver Middle School 

-Outdoor Beautification Project (Landscaping enhancement & paving of patio areas) 

-FCAT Snacks (provided daily for all students during FCAT week) 

-2015-2016 Agendas for every Carver Students 

-Awards Ceremony (Trophies for students) 

Upon paying dues, each member is entitled to a vote on any 

G.W. Carver Middle School PTSA issue and election for this school year. 

Your dues go to the National PTA, Florida PTA and the remainder will be used for the school exclusively.
